Itinerary Flexibility: Our itineraries are designed to provide a delightful framework for your adventure. While we strive to adhere to the proposed schedule, we remain flexible to accommodate your preferences and unexpected circumstances. Should you wish to explore additional spots or deviate from the suggested plan, we may need to adjust the itinerary accordingly and your guide will bring out the best suggestion according to the situation. In such cases, your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
Force Majeure: Royal Bengal Tours’ professional team are committed to your safety and satisfaction. However, unforeseen events such as natural disasters, political unrest, accidents, transportation disruptions, or any circumstances beyond our control may necessitate alterations to the original plan. While we regret any inconvenience caused, we cannot be held liable for changes or omissions due to such occurrences.
Guest Responsibility: We encourage all guests to take responsibility for their belongings throughout the excursion. While we maintain vigilance and ensure a secure environment, any instances of theft or loss of personal items must be addressed by the individual. Royal Bengal Tours will fully support you in pursuing legal action if necessary. Please listen to your guides briefing and security notes to minimize the risk factors on the travel.
Legal and Ethical Standards: Royal Bengal Tours operates in strict compliance with the law and ethical standards. during any part of the trip, we do not promote or endorse the use of narcotics, prostitution, or any other activities that are illegal under the law of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Acknowledgment of Terms: By confirming your participation in our tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our company policies, notes, and terms and conditions. Your consent indicates acceptance of the services provided by Royal Bengal Tours.
Government Regulations: In the event of changes to government duty structures or the imposition of supplementary duties/VAT/taxes affecting the tourism industry or related services, the updated regulations will apply to the quoted rates. Royal Bengal Tours will communicate any adjustments promptly to ensure transparency and compliance.
Governing Law: Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this website must be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and only a tribunal in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

RESERVATIONS & CONFIRMATION:
Prior booking confirmation is always required to book a trip and services. A tour or service is considered confirmed only after receiving a 50% deposit. The outstanding balance can be paid any time before the trip, during the trip.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
All deposits and payments will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Confirmation of any tour bookings must be done as soon as you receive a final tour plan and agree with the price. We will require participants’ passport copies along with a postal address to issue an invoice. The invoice will contain our bank account, address, tax, VAT, registration, and license information for your convenience to make a wire transfer. You will receive a money receipt along with applicable tax and VAT receipts soon after your wired amount has been credited to our bank. Trips/ services are not confirmed until any deposit has been made.
For any tour bookings, 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking and, and the remaining amount can be made before arrival/ up on arrival or during the trip.
The hotel booking and cancellation policy will be subject to the respective hotel and resorts’ terms of booking and cancellation policy. In any hotel booking cases, 100% advanced payment is required to confirm your booking/ reservation.
For vehicle hire, an advance payment of 50% must be made during the reservation. Full payment must be made 48 hours before departure. During a long holiday period, 50% advance payment must be made during the booking time and full payment at least 72 hours before departure.
The invoiced amount is what we must receive, whichever method you have followed to make the transfer; cash in the office/ guide, wire transfer to our bank or by a credit card. The invoice amount does not include bank charges, insurance (for guests but RBT employees), remittances tax, supplementary duties or VAT. Package tours are rebated from VAT by the government, as of now. We will update you in this regard if any changes arise, the invoice amount will be an inclusive price. BDT to any foreign exchange rates should be according to the latest exchange rate of the Central Bank of Bangladesh, no other exchange rate will be acceptable.
We highly discourage receiving any cash payments, wire transfer to our bank account and credit card are the most common practices of receiving tour payments. Bank charges, tax and remittance fees are not included in the trip price. Guests should bear them separately in addition to the invoiced amount. Before making any transfers/ payment guests should check the late exchange rate published by Bangladesh government or Bangladesh Bank. We would like a copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment and further bureaucratic process. Making a payment by card will apply an additional 2% bank charge, and we must have a passport copy of the cardholder for further clearances and government approvals. Only in emergency situation we also accept cash foreign currencies like US Dollars, CHF, GBP and Euros. Bangladeshi national can pay by cheque, and through all local mobile financial Banking services; Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, Upay, and so.
